The Divine Moves explained

Warning about TDM

If you have physical or mental disorders, ask your doctor for advice before you start.

TDM is at your own risk and must be performed in accordance with your condition in all parts of the body. Nothing should be painful. The circular movements are oval and not round so they ergonomically fit the spine.

I do not know about the kundalini energy whether it can rise too fast or inappropriate. If you are worried about this or experience something like this along the way, seek advice and help from practitioners of kundalini yoga or stop performing TDM. I only have my own experience.

Guidelines for TDM

The Avatar version: The Divine Soul Creation shows and explains to us the movement in one long session. Follow it with your whole soul, body and mind, the Divine is in you, you will find it.
In the human version the movement is divided into individual parts and below I have explained what I have found for each part.

It is divided into: Prelude, Warm up, TDM itself and Postlude.

There will be many words and concepts that are extremely extensive to explain, so I omit that. You will be able to find many of them under links on the website or you may research them on the internet yourself.

The individual movements can be repeated as few or as many times as desired. Speed and power are also variable. So it can take from a few minutes to hours.

The Breathing during TDM, comes and follows naturally with the movements.

Nasal breathing is important if possible, among other things it adds nitric oxide to the air. Through the nostrils Ida and Pingala, as deep calm abdominal breathing. Sometimes total breathing where the chest is filled in extension of the abdominal breathing.

Even if from the beginning you have no passage in the nostrils or only a little, keep starting to breathe through the nose and then finish through the mouth. You will find that there is often better passage during the movement.

Optimally, you will experience equal air in Ida and Pingala and get the feeling of breathing through Sushumna as well.

The breathing is not only the exchange of gases, it is the charging of prana life force also called chi.

In TDM you stand like a biological battery in the universe charger between heaven and earth, allowing energy to flow into you from both ends. T.D.M.

[Pl.1] Prelude 1

Wuji/Wu Chi: Relaxed basic posture, the Crown chakra/Baihui; the Root chakra/Huiyin is held vertically above each other. The quiet time before a form starts and after the form ends. It is the ultimate state of relaxation. Standing in a meditative state of mind with the body properly aligned can help increase chi circulation and open up energy channels.

[Pl.2] Prelude 2

Namaskar: Means “The divine in me bows to the divine in you. Awareness of what you are in your current state as a human being.

[Pl.3] Prelude 3

The conscious Triangle: Created as a simple finger triangle, in front of your heart chakra. Symbolising: Your Body, Your mind and You the consciousness soul.

[Pl.4] Prelude 4

The Mantra Triangle: The mantra of your heart is also felt & expressed, through the hand triangle : Love, Compassion, Peace & Joy

Words, thoughts and feelings create your beliefs which becomes your inner as well as the outer reality.

[Wu.1] Warm up 1

Wuji/Wu Chi: Relaxed basic posture, the Crown chakra/Baihui; the Root chakra/Huiyin is held vertically above each other. The quiet time before a form starts and after the form ends. It is the ultimate state of relaxation. Standing in a meditative state of mind with the body properly aligned can help increase chi circulation and open up energy channels.

[Wu.2] Warm up 2

Energi body opening.

Gently knock on lower Dan Tain/Chi centre , on the front of the body slightly below the navel with the inside of the clenched hand. On the lower back, around L2, you tap with the back of the fist gently on the Ming Men / The gate of life. Feel that you are opening the gates from the inside and fearlessly letting the energy flow.

The areas are also the foundation, of vegas nerve end or beginning, the main meridians and kundalini, so much is stimulated at once. Pay attention fearless soul, but relaxed.

[Wu.3] Warm up 3

Nadi Shuddhi/Nadi Shodhana

A basic form of Pranayama, training/extension of the life energy, through breathing. The nose is intended for inhalation, where the air is filtered, heated and moistened, and Nitric Oxide is added. The right nostril called Pingala is masculine Yang. Left nostril Ida is feminine Yin.

They are the main energy channels, Nadis, that winds around Sushumna in spirals. Sushumna is the balanced center energy in the middle of the spine. Sushumna can open and pulsate the breathing straight up and down , when Ida and Pingala are fully activated.

In TDM, only one circulation is usually performed, sometimes I do several. Its purpose in TDM is to make you aware of your nasal breathing and how prana flows through your nostrils and which one is dominant.. Nadi Shuddhi is a life-changing discipline in itself and can be performed in many ways, see links page.

[Wu.4] Warm up 4

Dan Tain / Sushumna breathing. Your consciousness follows the hands. Which applies to the entire TDM. Your focus is breathing through the sushumna up and down. First concentrated at the lower Dan Tain, raised up to the middle DanTain in the heart center, further up to the upper Dan Tain belonging to the Anja chakra and the third eye. Finally, it opens through the crown chakra into what I experience as the fourth Dan Tain, the collective Dan Tain, in Akasha.

[Wu.5] Warm up 5

Empty your cup!/Let go of you.

Lift your hands up in front of your heart as if you were holding something, throw it away 7 times. Hands receive what is given to you 7 times. Anxiety, fear, shame, pride, arrogance all your ego self preoccupation. Let go of you, from your deepest center. Your persona in this life. So you can remember and connect with your eternal soul being in the divine dimension. Let it flow into you and awaken you ,to your inner soul-being. It’s only happening Now. Be fearless in this open emptiness. A strong ego and pride can make this last warm-up exercise the hardest and longest. Do not despair, one moves a mountain with faith, and yes, piece by peace with love, through persistence.

[TDM.1] The Divine Moves 1

Heart torus field.

The hands squeeze the energy together in front of Dan Tain until the fingers meet in a triangle.

Inhale: The triangle moves up and turns around in front of the heart and separates over the head. With your fingertips facing each other, stretch from the tips of your toes to the palms facing up.

Exhale : The hands draw the torus circle with the palms down and meet with the backs of the hands facing each other in front of the solar plexus up in front of the heart stopping at the throat chakra.

Inhale: The circle turns the hands are guided with the backs of the hands towards each other separated in front of the navel and draw the cycle upwards with the palms up

Exhale: The hands meet over the head, the energy is pulled down with the palms facing each other, the torus cycle is completed in front of Dan Tain. Chi breathing,

Inhale: Hands move from each other.

Exhale: The hands move towards each other and the energy is felt more massively, the more the hands approach each other in front of Dan Tain.

[TDM.2] The Divine Moves 2

Vitalizing the seven chakras.

Inhale: while moving the arms in a calm soft sliding motion until the fingertips gently touch the chakra. The feeling is to open, activate and vitalize the center.

Exhale: While moving the hands in a soft arc from the chakra out to an open gesture on either side of the body midline.

The movement is repeated to the 7 main chakras. One can initially put the name and or color of the chakras during the movement. Over time, the colour, a sound or feeling of the energy will appear by itself.

The feeling is: loving fearless expansion and connection to the divine universe. Through this movement, to let go of the physical heavily vibrating body and equally limited ego persona. Optimally, the Soul consciousness you are, experiences unity with its highly vibrating expanded energy body.

[TDM.3] The Divine Moves 3

Microcosmic orbit.

Now when consciousness is focused in the root chakra/Hui-yin, at the peritoneum.

The natural continuation is to circulate the energy in the Microcosmic Orbit.

Up the spine down the front. This wonderful energy practice is a world unto itself, see the links. This movement is repeated at least 3 times.

Inhalation: The fingertips are directed toward the Wei-lu or tailbone gate at the root chakra.

During inhalation: The energy is carried in a flow upwards in the Governor vessel along the spine, through the Ming men and the Jade pillow on the back of the head so that the head automatically bends backwards, until it reaches Bai Hui at the Crown chakra where the head straightens.

Exhalation: Occurs while the hands slide out to the sides.

During Exhalation: Energy flows down through the Ying Tang, the third eye Ajna chakra, through the tongue in the mouth roof, along the conception vessel. Further down through the Shuan Chuang/Anahata Heart Center, through Dan Tain and back to Hui-Yin at Muladhara the root chakra.

[TDM.4] The Divine Moves 4

Raising the energy up through the chakras.

Inhalation: Breathe deeply into the chakra while your fingertips point and perhaps gently touch the area. Hold your breath as the energy is drawn up to the next chakra.

Exhalation: The hands form a triangle and open accelerates and pulls the energy outwards, continuing out to the sides.

Inhalation: The hands gather the amplified energy into the chakra again. Holding your breath the energy is brought up to the next chakra. Continue all the way up, imagine the crown chakra open, with your eyes closed, look up and see a pillar of light, expect and believe the exchange of energy with the divine universe.

Do not despair if it does not happen the first many times. There may also initially be a special sensation on the top of the head, that can be persistent, enjoy it. In a meditative extended version of TDM, one can add the sounds that belong to the individual chakras, or breathe several times in the same chakra before the energy is lifted to the next. See link on links page.

[TDM.5] The Divine Moves 5

Yin/yang. Experience your dual nature as one.

Feel the front and back of the chakras with the whole hand most intensely with the Lao-gong point. The hand you take in front first is the one you inhale along with the other you exhale along with when taken in front of the body. It does not matter which one you start with. Notice the feelings in the hands, the chakras and your whole energy body.

[TDM.6] The Divine Moves 6

Human bringing earth to heaven.

The movement starts in the Rod chakra, flows out through the arms all the way into the hands. Both hands face Tellus – Gaia, on one side of the body. They slide caressingly over to the opposite side. When the hand is next to the sideline, this hand is turned with the palm facing up to heaven, while the other remains with the palm facing down towards earth. The movement turns, still at the level of the Rod chakra, lovingly sliding back to the starting point. Here the hands turn around and repeat the movement, but now at the level of the Sacral chakra. The movement continues like this up through all the chakra levels , including the chakra of the Third Eye. Here the palms turn towards each other and wave up into the Krone chakra.

The movement can be repeated several times if you want to enjoy this level of body-mind experience or if one of your chakras feel blocked.

[TDM.7] The Divine Moves 7

Energy body caress. With conscious hands, energy focus is brought all the way down from the crown chakra to the root chakra during deep exhalation. And feel for the energy under the Yongquan of your feet. From here, it is gently caressed back to the crown chakra during a long deep inhalation.

During a long exhale, the energy flows again like a wave to the root.

The ether around the body may feel viscous.

[TDM.8] The Divine Moves 8

Draw Chi. Allow the energy to flow and pull with your hands in with full awareness, open and direct the energy into your hungry chakras. From root to crown and back again, imagine light energy or the colors maybe you say their sounds sometimes. You also open up to the properties of the chakras.

[TDM.9] The Divine Moves 9

We are forever soul consciousness.

The palms face each other and the fingertips of the left hand touch the right hand. They glide through the right-handed Lao gong. The fingers first stimulate the Lung Meridian and partly the Heart Meridian on the inside of the arm. They continue on the upper side of the arm where they stimulate the Large Intestine and Triple Heater meridians. The circulatory movement in the orbit of the symbol of Infinity feels really nice and loosens the joints in the shoulders, arms and hands well. I experience an increase in energy with this movement, it invites many more laps.

The hands gather with the palms facing each other in front of the heart chakra in Namaste. A greeting that honors my soul’s home in my heart while I feel every beat. The hands are raised above the head, with the weight on one foot the hand of the same side is stretched up, the fingertips of the other hand slide down into the Laogong and stimulate your healing hands.

[TDM.10] The Divine Moves 10

Manifestation of mantra prayer for awakening purposes: The hands are brought down in front of the heart and out to the sides with the palms facing mother earth Gaia. Move a little down and up on the knees and make a sending gesture like a wingbeat, while I say the mantra out loud and feel it in my hearts: Love, compassion, Peace & joy.

Then I bend as far back as I can and send the same gesture out into the divine universe, loud or in silence: Love, compassion, Peace & joy.

The real prayer is a feeling.

Eventually, from all my being, with the arms spread out to the sides with your palms facing forward. I send this gesture and heartfelt wish out to everything and everyone on the face of the earth: Love, Compassion, Peace & Joy.
Finally, with the palms forward in a gesture of peace, I declare that I Am part of the global awakening that is now taking place. The hands are brought out to the sides away from the body and seize the energy as an awakening force which with the upwards pointing triangle finger position is thrown out to everything and everyone with: Love, Compassion, Peace & Joy.

The downwards pointing triangle comes back towards the heart with the same energy and mantra.

The hands stop with slightly spread fingers in front of the heart and with conscious focus on the radiance of the heart feel the beat. Whether it feels like it is in the fingers like a pulse or in the palms like the electromagnetic wave the heart emits is subordinate. I often feel both an enchanting self feeling of a warm pulsating loving heart. I am life! The focus of consciousness connects the heart with the eye of the brain, the third eye that is lightly touched with the fingertips. In heart-brain coherence, while the hands are raised above the head.

[TDM.11] The Divine Moves 11

All chakras elliptic orbiting. From the crown- to the root-chakra.

You can visualize the color, express the sound, or simply feel the vibrations of each chakra.

11.a Crown chakra
Sahasrara: Sound OM. Color: violet/white. Also known as Bai hui.

The hands are lifted from the third eye up, just above the head, the distance between the hands is as it feels right, with the palms facing each other. Perhaps you immediately feel your aura between your hands, which is rich in energy in this area belonging to the crown chakra, below the 8 soul star chakra, your halo. Move your head forward and backward around in at least 3 elliptical circles and same the opposite way.

With a little practice you will be able to feel the energy in the palms, maybe you feel it in the top of your head in the crown chakra, or both.

Wonderful feeling that removes doubt about our non-physical nature.

11.b Pineal Gland
Minds third eye and Crowns antenna.

The hands then slide down on either side of the head a few cm. from the skull, with the center of the palms, Laogong, next to the top of the ears, so that their energy meets in the middle of the head in the Pineal gland.

Three small oval circles, forward and backward, each way stimulate your antenna, and hormone secretion.

11.c Third eye
Ajna: Sound AUM. Color Indigo.

The hands with the palms facing the eyes and the third eye, with a crack between them such that the sun’s rays can illuminate the Ajna chakra when standing outside. Move the head three times one way and three times the other way vertically circling. Feel the energy, the warmth of Lao gong and the reaction within Ajna.

11.d Throat
Vishuddha: Sound HAM. Color Light Blue.

The hands with the palms facing towards the throat chakra. With stretched neck and chin pulled in slightly towards the chest, without being strained. From the 7th cervical vertebra and up, turn the head from side to side calmly, all the way out. This is repeated 3 or more times.

Over time, this vortex and the rest up, will become more flexible.

11.e
The hands remain in the same position. From the 7.th. vertebra of the neck, the chin is pushed horizontally and straight ahead, whereby the skull edge closes. From there, the head slides backwards, still with the chin horizontally, the skull edge opens. This is repeated 3 or more times. The last time the chin is pushed forward, it stays in this position.

11.f
The head is tilted forward from the 1st to the 7th vertebra while the skull edge is fully opened and the chin touches the chest where it rests for a short time. Then the neck rolls up from the 7 to 1 vertebra, still with the head hanging forward and the chin towards the neck, the skull edge is now maximally open. The head is lifted up, the neck is stretched. The head now slides slowly backwards from 1-7 vertebrae until the back of the head rests against the 7 cervical vertebrae that is slightly forward. The skull edge is now maximally closed.

From the 7th vertebra, the neck is completely straightened with a naturally occurring serpentine movement and the feeling is that the movement continues up over the skull to the crown. The energy of consciousness continues out into the divine universe and returns immediately with light that one draws with the hands down into the heart. Thereby, divine mind and heart are connected in cohesion.

11.g Heart Chakra
Anahata: Sound YAM. Color Green.

Focus in the palms of your hands on the radiance of your heart and in the heart the chi radiating from your hands Loa Gong.

Once the contact of this sensation is established, the heart moves around in oval circles around its innermost center and the body follows. At least 3 times each way, the speed is determined by the heart itself. Focus in the palms of your hands on the radiance of your heart and in the heart the chi radiating from your hands Loa Gong.

11.h Solar Plexus Chakra
Manipura: Sound RAM. Color Yellow.

Palms facing solar plus in the soft area below the sternum. the spine moves in oval circles behind this area. Three laps each way at least . The entire spine, of course, makes spiral motions at each chakra, which also gently stimulates the upward movement of Kundalini energy.

11.i Sacral Chakra
Swadhisthana: Sound VAM. Color Orange.

The palms facing the sacral chakra which is located approx. 5 cm. below the navel. Same place as lower Dain Tain. The spine / sacrum is orally circulated at least 3 times each way. Slightly larger circles than the other chakras. Hold the pelvis horizontally without tilting.

11.j Root Chakra
Muladhara: Sound LAM. Color Red.

Bend slightly at the knees. The palms face the ground between the feet or the root chakra. Focus of consciousness deep into the ground Gaia of which your body is a part. The root chakra located in the peritoneum, whether you tighten the pelvic floor or not is up to you, it provides two different experiences. Also pay attention to the energy flowing up in Dain Tain through Yongquan in the feet.

[TDM.12] The Divine Moves 12

Eternity hip orbits.
The right hip slides forward at the same time as the right hand. The hip continues in a circular motion counterclockwise. The palm with Lao Gong facing the root chakra on the front and makes a sweeping uplifting motion, before the hand slides on to the back. Here the palm faces the Rod chakra on the backside, here the energy is also drawn up.
At the same time, the left side makes the opposite movement.

The left hip slides inward backwards and circulates clockwise. Left hand and the hip continue and the palm, with Lao Gong facing the root chakra, makes a sweeping uplifting motion before the hand floats on the back.

Here the palm faces the Rod chakra where the energy is also drawn up here.

[TDM.13] The Divine Moves 13

13.a
Grounding activation of the meridians of the legs.
The hands form a triangle in front of Dain Tain. Only with the heel in the ground, lift the toes alternately on the right and left foot at least three times. The hands then form a triangle on the back next to the Mingmen. Now the feet are lifted alternately, with only the toes on the ground. Three times minimum.

The left hand is passed on the front on Dantian the right remains on the Mingmen. The weight is transferred to the left foot. Right foot wiggles three times on the outside and on the inside over Yongquan that remains on the ground. Then the hands change position so that the right is on Dantain and the left on Mingmen. The weight shifts to the right foot. The left foot is wiggled three times on the outside and inside over Yongquan that remains on the ground.

13.b
Stimulation of the spleen, stomach, gallbladder, liver, bladder and kidney meridians in the legs.

The hands are gathered in a triangle in front of Dantian. The hands stroke down the inside of each of the legs of the Spleen meridian. Back along the same path and stop next to Dantian in a common triangle. This repeats in the middle of the leg at the Stomach meridian and finally at the front on the outside along the Gallbladder merian. The hands now gather in a common triangle next to the Mingmen on the back, massaging down the side on the back, in the middle of the back and on the inside behind the leg, each time coming up in a triangle at the Mingmen. This stimulates the liver, bladder and kidney meridians and a lot of nadis in the lower part.

The grounding and meridian strengthening occurs through conscious focus on the connection from Dantain and the root chakra, through the legs into Gaia with her descending love-gravity and upward flowing energy.

[TDM.14] The Divine Moves 14

Power your leg-meridians. Loosen the legs so that the energy flows freely. The hands form a triangle on top of the sacrum. Step out slightly with the right leg, the weight is on the left. From the tips of the toes up through the jaw and hip, all the way up to the sacroiliac joint, a spiral movement circulates. First three turns counterclockwise, then three turns clockwise, the leg is extended to the toes. The weight goes over on the right leg, the left one steps out a bit and makes the circular spiral movement three times first clockwise, then counterclockwise and finally stretched all the way out to the toes.

[TDM.15] The Divine Moves 15

Kundalini energy rises.
Stand still and feel around the root chakra. The hands form a triangle with the fingertips facing each other pointing downwards in front of the root chakra. Sometimes the energy starts underfoot in Yongquan. The first maybe many times you feel no energy erection at all. The Kundalini energy creates a spiral flow that is very different in speed and size and force and which way it rotates first, from time to time. If you do not feel anything, just start a rotation the way you feel and lift your hands so that they follow where the spiral has come, they turn their fingertips upwards next to the heart chakra.

[TDM.16] The Divine Moves 16

16.a
The Divine connection. Arms stretched above the head with the palms facing each other, you feel the energy between the hands and the top of the head Buihai/crown chakra. Bend your vertebrae by vertebrae 33 steps down as you bring consciousness down from the divine universe to the divine earth of Gaia and up again. When the hands reach the starting position you say aloud or in thoughts the following: I am soul consciousness. One with the Divine (or) a part of the Divine.
Show me, teach me, use me.

16.b
The hands are brought down so that the fingertips touch the Buhai crown and continue until the arms are in the position of crucifixion. Surrender to the divine, feel, speak, think: I surrender. (Which is happening in the now. )

16.c
Then the arms are rotated thereby the palms are facing Gaia, continuing with your consciousness down and in front of DanTain, on which they slowly land on and seal the energy. One hand on top of the other as you feel best. Meanwhile, think, speak or feel, perhaps all three: I move from now on in the Divine field of light.

[TDM.17] The Divine Moves 17

The upper hand is guided around the body with the thumb down the palm maintains body contact all the way up and stops on top of the Ming Men that is sealed with it. One hand suffers again on Dan Tain while the other is passed on on Ming Men. Then the other hand also returns to Dan Tian now it is on top.

[TDM.18] The Divine Moves 18

The hands are brought up to the heart, the fingertips pointing towards Anahata.

The mantra: Love, Compassion, Peace & joy are thrown out with the hands, the arms are brought out to the sides in open arms in an eternity symbol. Returns and the fingers form the downward-facing triangle in front of the heart. While the triangle facing upwards is pronounced, from earth to heaven. The triangle is raised above the crown chakra, the hands are separated and continue in heart-torus field motion three times. First time for Love, second for Compassion and third time for Peace & Joy.

The movement is reversed so that it goes from heaven to earth. The mantra is said in the same way.

The movement ends with the hands in front of the heart palms facing each other, in a deeply felt Namaskar and a bow to the Divine and all and everything one has learned from.

[Pl.1] Postlude 1

Be Aware! Stand and be still, vaulted hands with palms covering your closed eyes.

You have opened the gate, sent out the request. See what you see, experience it in peace and quiet as long as it feels right. Our previous prayer for: show me, teach me, use me, can now (as in the time afterwards) be fulfilled, so pay attention, be alert, Now!

The movement is reversed so that it goes from heaven to earth. The mantra is said in the same way.

The movement ends with the hands in front of the heart palms facing each other, in a deeply felt Namaskar and a bow to the Divine and all and everything one has learned from.

[Pl.2] Postlude 2

Heal and seal!
Your hands express your energy. Heal and seal your energy bodies by stroking your palms all over your physical body with the mental awareness that this is what you are doing. Your intelligent body and your Divine soul know what it is doing, so trust confidently that it will happen. Your energy is now generally increased and you will feel movements in your body and mind, but rest assured you are soul consciousness experiencing this awakening.

My only wish.
It is my wish and my dream that YOU perform TDM, whether it is the form that has come into the world through the avatar in me or your very own form. That you surrender and dissolve as a personality. That you experience the flow there is in the zen feeling experience, to be one with the universe. Permeated by prana, kundalini, chi the energy of the divine universe. That you awaken a little more each time.

With deep love,

Mr. nobody
